Any time you tackle a Polar Splits that interacts with abuse, it requires admitting that anyone is capable of being abusive at times – it’s not going to work if you don’t clear all the sides of the split. No one likes to admit that they sometimes lash out at people – even people they care about.
Remember we’re focused on releasing limiting programs, so I’m not talking about healthy models here. I’m talking about fixing what goes wrong. The bonus is that you can realize the influence of your subconscious on your behaviors, and make changes.
